  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while booking a service.

2. Service Scope

  • Siddh Mandir connects users with experienced Pandits across India for in-person and virtual Pujas.

  • We offer optional Samagri delivery, astrological consultations, Muhurat suggestions, and more.

  • All services are subject to availability of Pandits and proper confirmation of payment.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings must be made through the official website: www.siddhmandir.com

  • All bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment and communication from our team.

  • Prices may vary based on location, type of Puja, and language preferences.

  • Siddh Mandir reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in case of fraud, misuse, or unavailability.

4. Pandit Assignments

  • Pandits are assigned based on availability, language preference, and location.

  • All Pandits are verified, trained, and reviewed by previous users.

  • You can also choose a preferred Pandit if available.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact the assigned Pandit directly using the contact information shared after confirmation.

  • Siddh Mandir does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly agreed upon by the Pandit and platform support. See Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Puja Samagri & Delivery

  • Puja materials (Samagri) can be optionally included during booking.

  • Materials may be brought by the Pandit or delivered to your address via courier partners.

  • Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect information or courier issues are not the responsibility of Siddh Mandir.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • Not to misuse or abuse the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.

  • Not to harass or mistreat Pandits or Siddh Mandir representatives.

  • To maintain a respectful and spiritual environment during ceremonies.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Siddh Mandir.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Siddh Mandir acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any spiritual outcomes or results of a Puja.

  • We are not responsible for personal dissatisfaction or disputes arising between users and Pandits after service completion.

  • In no event shall Siddh Mandir be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
