📄 Cancellation and Refund Policy – Siddh Mandir

At Siddh Mandir, we strive to offer a seamless and spiritually fulfilling Puja experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your Puja.

Please carefully read our Cancellation and Refund policy below:

🔁 Cancellation Policy

  1. Pandit Coordination Required:

    • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your Puja, you are required to contact the assigned Pandit directly as per the details shared during your booking confirmation.

    • Siddh Mandir acts as a facilitator and does not have authority to cancel bookings on behalf of Pandits.

  2. Timely Notice:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled Puja may be considered for rescheduling or partial refund, subject to the Pandit's discretion.

  3. Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Puja time may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the time, effort, and travel involved for the Pandit.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • If the devotee does not attend or respond during the scheduled time (online or offline), no refund will be provided.

💸 Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are subject to the individual Pandit's cancellation terms and approval. Siddh Mandir is not liable for direct refunds unless the issue is service-related or caused due to a platform error.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Once a refund is approved by the Pandit or in coordination with Siddh Mandir support, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  3. Service Charges:

    • Any service fees, platform charges, or payment gateway deductions are non-refundable.

  4. Puja Samagri Charges:

    • If you ordered Puja Samagri and it has already been shipped, the cost of materials and shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
